A good bra keeps the bust in place and prevents the ligaments
in the breast tissue from stretching out. You get a better posture, which causes pain in your shoulders and back to disappear.

To be sure that the entire chest is in the bra, you can do the following: put on the bra. Lean a little forward and wake a little on the bra so the breasts naturally fall into place. Please help with your hand and chest forward from the armpit and towards the center.
No part of the chest should be outside the wire. It makes great tones and is not good at all for your breast tissue!

It may feel hard to find the right bra size but using a tape measure may help you get the right size.
When you take your measurements, you should have a thin bra on you.
Put the tape measure under the bust and tighten as hard as possible without feeling uncomfortable. The measure tape should lie straight around the back.
The measure of the bust is to be taken where the bust is as full as possible. The measure tape should be so loose it goes without falling down.

The Bh band, which runs around your back, should sit completely horizontally beneath your shoulder blades. Be careful not to let the backband slip up in the back. The backbone has the task of carrying up the entire bra and your bust. A backband that is too loose and slid has no function and causes all weight to be placed on your shoulders instead, with pain and poor posture as a result.
When measuring your size, put the tape measure around your back just below the bust. Spend some extra so it stays firm, but make sure you can still breathe.
